This can reduce the appearance of laugh lines and other wrinkles on the cheeks and mouth. For fuller lips, you can try sucking as hard as you can on a finger then slowly releasing it. For best results, you must do at least 10 repetitions per exercise.
Comparing face exercise to other methods of reducing wrinkles, this method will take quite some time before you will see any significant results. Facelifts and Botox injections will have an instant result, while using wrinkle creams may take several weeks for it to provide significant changes on your face. An advantage of doing exercises is that you won't have to spend any money, and you will not be exposed to any artificial chemicals when doing this anti-aging method.
If the length of time for it to take an effect seems to be too long, or it may seem too much work, you can compare doing these exercises to applying wrinkle creams. It would take just a few more minutes to do exercises compared to applying wrinkle creams twice a day. Aside from this, exercises have a relaxing effect so it can be done while watching television after a hard day's work. You also won't have to worry about negative side effects as this is a natural way to slow down the effects of aging.
